Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that learning a new discipline is challenging, but we have experienced and skilled instructors that break down every new kung fu form into an easily understandable and physically sound way. We teach proper body mechanics, which minimizes injuries, elevates power, and develops balance.
With years of success and experience in the martial arts, Tai Chi is one discipline at the top of that list. Tai Chi is a slower moving martial art. It is one of internal change and healing, one of harnessing energy and learning how to work with it. Tai Chi and Kung Fu work well hand in hand, but can also be studied separately while still benefiting greatly.
We Perform! Our performance team is available for events, parties, and any other type of celebration you can think of! We perform the lion dance, with traditional drumming, among other fun skits.
